Returns and Refund Policy

If you're unhappy with your product purchase, we want to make it right. Please contact us directly if you have any issues receiving your purchased product or if you do not receive the link to the digital product you purchased.

Refunds for Digital Items:

We hope you love your digital download purchase, but if you are unhappy, we issue refunds for digital products within 15 days of the original purchase of the product.

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, and you have not notified us of an issue with your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Returns of Physical Items: 

Our suppliers do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Size exchanges can be made with shipping expenses to be paid by the customer. Please be very careful to order the correct size. 

Refunds are offered by our suppliers if your item was misprinted, damaged or defective. You must notify us of these issues within 15 days of your purchase.

If you purchased a physical item, that is eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. See below for instructions on returns.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, therefore Printful reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

Refunds: 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping for Returns:

(If you are returning a physical item, not asking for a refund for a digital item):

To return your product, you should mail your product to: I Scream for Buttercream, P.O. Box 7801, Tyler TX 75711, United States

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your item is eligible to receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Size exchanges can be made with shipping expenses to be paid by the customer.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
