At this time, we only ship inside the United States. Most of the time, shipping costs are free for standard shipping.
Processing time on orders I have in stock are within 3 business days. Allow a week to a week and a half for shipping, barring any delays with USPS or UPS,
Processing time on orders that are apparel, bags, shoes and other items that are printed, is usually within 7 days. Allow two weeks for shipping, barring any delays with USPS or UPS. These items take a little longer to get to you as they have to be printed before shipped.
Subscription boxes are shipped for free and will be shipped the beginning of the following month of purchase either monthly or quarterly depending on the subscription you purchased. (Ex: If you purchased The Cake Swag Club subscription box, that box ships out the first week of January, April, July and October.) Barring any delays with USPS or UPS, your package should arrive within two weeks, hopefully sooner.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
We will notify you if there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order and we will contact you via email.
